Rev. Matt Gillard has been serving Heimtal Moravian Church since August 2009. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from High Point University (http://www.highpoint.edu/) and then went directly to Moravian Theological Seminary (http://www.moravianseminary.edu/), where he completed his Master of Divinity degree in May 2009.
Matt is currently serves as the secretary of the Heritage Point Community League (http://www.heritagepoint.ca/) and also enjoys being an age level coordinator for the U8 soccer teams, as well as serving as a coach to one of the teams. He also serves as the pastoral liaison to Van Es Camp and Conference Centre (http://www.vanescamp.com/). He also serves as a forum moderator at http://theooze.com/
Some of Matt's hobbies include making mosaics, enjoying baseball games, and volunteering in some of Edmonton's many festivals. He is also very excited to be engaged to his beautiful fiancée Beth and looks forward to getting married in October of 2011.
